We aim to provide liquidity where there otherwise are few options and aim to build value-added relationships with capital providers and companies alike.

We cover a diverse range of industries over a wide range of geographies, but our investments have usually one thing in common: they are operated by exceptional management teams with an ownership mentality. We are particularly interested in smaller and challenging situations where others are unwilling to do the work, or where we can add value beyond outright capital provision.
